Richard has always carved his own path. For instance, his love of tech saw him creating a database business within 24 hours of graduating from university in 2004. The product was an easy-to-use online scientific research database system and a database Learning Academy. It was so successful that Richard was soon rolling his services out across five continents to prestigious organisations including: University College London, Great Ormond Street Hospital, Oxford University, and Imperial College, among many others.

 

As work on the database neared completion, Richard decided to go even bigger with full end-to-end Digital Transformations while taking advantage of Microsoft’s massive global reach. He started out contracting for in-house clients and Microsoft Gold Partners, honing his analysis, design and leadership skills by delivering great outcomes for clients in both the private and public sectors.

 

But it was while sat on a boat watching the sun set over the Nile that it dawned on Richard what he wanted to do next. Because of his successful implementations track record, passion for Successful Digital Transformations, and his desire to solve customer frustrations, as well as coaching and mentoring upcoming talent, he decided to pool his expertise and network into a single enterprise.
