Series Intro - 10 Governance Structures to Guarantee Success with Dynamics 365 & Power Platform

Dynamics 365 & Power Platform projects fail for many reasons.

Firstly, let’s define ‘fail’. Failure is not the inability to get the system installed. Nor is it not securing any champions once installed.

What I mean by fail is that your Dynamics 365 & Power Platform solution does not become seamless to the business.

Failure is defined by three things:

    2. It fails customers who do not learn to love dealing with the organisation through the technology.

Death is avoidable through good governance structures.

In this ‘Top 10 Governance Structures to Guarantee Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Success’ blog series, I will share the top ten death avoidance strategies:

In each monthly post we will look at the symptoms you will notice from its absence, how you can go about setting the structure up and the benefits that come from its existence.
