How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • To discuss your requirements and how our products and services may assist you.

  • To receive blog posts, news updates, newsletters, and information on our products and services.

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

  • Dynamics 365 & Power Platform User Group

  • You have connected with us on LinkedIn

We use the information that you have given us in order to contact you:

  • To discuss your requirements.

  • Regarding products and services, we think you may be interested in.

  • Regarding the Dynamics 365 & Power Platform User Group events, if applicable.

We may share this information with:

  • D365 & Power Platform User Group, if applicable, and if we received your data in connection to them.

  • ONLY Relevant third parties that relate to providing the information on products and services that you signed up for. We will not disclose Personally Identifiable Information (PII) we collect from you to third parties without your permission except to the extent necessary to fulfil your requests, to protect ourselves from liability, to comply with the terms and conditions of our internet host provider.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

  1. Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting us using the contact details in the footer of this page. 

  2. We have a contractual obligation.

  3. We need it to perform a public task.

  4. We have a legitimate interest.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Dataverse.

We keep Personally Identifiable Information for 5 years post initial sign up, your last contact with us, or after the ending of any service whichever is the latest. We will then dispose your personally identifiable information by anonymising your record. This is done via an automated method customised within our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Dataverse.

Your data protection rights

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

  • Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.

  • Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

  • Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.

  • Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

  • Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

  • Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.

  • You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
