We hired 365 InHouse to conduct an independent audit of our existing CRM setup and to advise on how we could optimise that investment for our business.  Their team quickly embedded themselves across all key areas of our organisation to understand our organisation, processes, people, current technology challenges and future visions. We now feel we have a blueprint for our future systems development that will help us strive toward our growth strategy in a way that is both cost-effective and sustainable in-house.
